Mike Schneider: I just wanted to send a note to Austin Gutterman about our gutter installation. Tim Morgan was on time, efficient and polite. I was amazed at how fast he works. You probably need to give that man a raise! I am really impressed with the "SnapLock" system. I am glad that we waited and saved for this top of the line product. Everyone at Austin Gutterman deserves an "Attaboy" from me. It is rare that such great customer attention and service accompany a very well designed product. We waited 1-1/2 years from our initial quote to have the gutters installed. During that time prices dropped and you passed over $1,000 in savings on to us. You sold me right there -- thank you! To potential customers: If you are installing gutters for the first time or, as in my case, recovering from a previous bad installation, go with the SnapLock product. It will save you some major grief in about ten years when your fascia begins to rot because of the inherent problems associated with shoddy materials, bad design and sloppy installation. Lots of people will put gutters up on your house for less money, but you will get what you pay for. From sales to installation, Austin Gutterman combines a quality product with great customer service. You will probably pay a little more, but like I said, you get what you pay for!

Bill Lehman wanted to convey his appreciation on the efforts of Troy, Ray and Ed on his installation.
